INCEDENT REPORTS

 

Scorpio Security has the capacity to manage incidents through the full cycle from first response and preliminary incident investigation in regard to finalization with update security solutions as a final outcome. The client is kept abreast of progress throughout the full cycle by means of email reports and verbal communication by management and/or senior management. Our full cycle duration until submission of the comprehensive report to the client is 48 to 72 hours. This report contains full incident details with updated security solutions aligned benchmarking, corrective and preventive measures were applicable.

 

 

 

RISK ASSESSMENT

 

As our total safety and security service offering an integrated risk assessment, risk response planning and risk management approach is followed. No new security services commence without a comprehensive site survey and risk assessment conducted by Scorpio Security professional team.

 

MANAGEMENT

 

Day to day management of the sites is performed by our operational management staff and direct top-level client interface with directors of Scorpio Security. The structure is supported by extremely competent security supervisors, not only providing our clients with the opportunity to directly and actively engage with supervisors / management but also ensure quick turnaround times for problem solving procedures.
